We offer unlimited internet access so you can travel around the country without worries. You can rent it through our website (miowifi.com) before you travel and we will take care of delivering the router to the hotel where you are staying. When you arrive at your hotel, your MIOWIFI will be waiting for you at the reception desk.

You may choose how many days you want to use the router for; namely, from the day you arrive at your destination to the day you leave.
We will deliver it to you between 3 and 5 days before your trip. If you need it earlier, you can specify the delivery date at checkout.
The Rental option is most recommended for tourist travellers. With the rental option, you must return the router at the end of your trip. Internet service is included in the price.
The Purchase option is recommended for frequent travellers and does not include Internet service, so you will need to activate the router each time you travel from your MIOWIFI.com account.
The router is automatically activated on the reserved date and for the selected destination. You will not have Internet access before the rental period.
However, you can switch the router on and connect your Wi-Fi devices before the trip and they will remain connected to the router for the duration of your trip.
Charge your router with a standard USB connection from the wall charger, car charger, battery or laptop. Battery life is up to 10-12 hours.

Yes, you just need to get in touch with us ahead of time, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
You can cancel your rental anytime you want, there is no cancellation fee. If your device has already been dispatched, then we will not be able to refund relevant shipping charges. We also cannot refund days with usage on the device. If you already have the device, you will need to return it to us immediately.
