We have coverage in all US states. If you visit New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, San Francisco, San Diego, Washington, Dallas, Boston, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Miami you will have a guaranteed connection.
For the United States, we have a state-of-the-art router, called R10, which tunes the antennas found in the United States in a better way, which will provide you with a better, more stable and secure connection.
For the United States we have enabled the NO SPEED LIMIIT plan, which means that you will permanently surf on 4G with no data limit. Unlike the traditional plan where the first 500MG is 4G and then the signal drops to 3G. You can choose this plan at the time of rental on our website.
The minimum rental period is 5 days and there is no limit. You can rent it for as many days as you need.
At the time of booking, if you choose United States, you will be able to enjoy it within the whole country. You don’t need to make any new configuration when you change state, the router will reconfigure itself and take the signal from the nearest antenna. If it doesn’t, you can turn it off and then back on again to reconnect to the antenna.
It is recommended that you book your rental at least 1 week before your trip. This will allow us to deliver to your home. However, we can arrange overnight or same day delivery in some major cities. You can contact us via chat.
You choose the days you want to use the router, from the day you arrive at your destination to the day you leave.
We will deliver it to you between 3 and 5 days before your trip. If you need it earlier, you can specify the delivery date at checkout.
The router is automatically activated on the reserved date and for the selected destination. You will not have Internet access before the rental period.
However, you can switch on the router and connect the Wi-Fi devices before your trip and they will remain connected to the router for the duration of your trip.
Normally, 3 days before the end of your trip we will email you the return instructions, which may vary from country to country. We will usually send you a return label so that you can send it back by post. In some countries we also have drop-off points at airports and local offices.
MIOWIFI will always strive for you to have the best buying and using experience. However, if a problem occurs with the delivery, due to the mail, or if you have a connection problem that we cannot solve, we will refund the partial or total money of the order in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
No, we ship within Argentina, Mexico and Spain. If you live in any of these 3 countries, we can ship it to you before you fly. In case your destination is one of the above mentioned countries, we can deliver it to the place where you are staying. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
