I used the router in the USA for 26 days, it was wonderful, I got to know the system in Europe but I didn't know if it was here, I investigated on the web and I found Mio WIFI, the service from day one was great and personalized (the web did not work well and we communicated by phone and thus we made the contract). The sales and advice service was excellent. When we arrived in the US, I couldn't connect because I was missing a password that I hadn't seen. I called them from there by phone, and they not only attended to me but they also assisted me and instantly we had the connection. From that day until we returned, the connection was excellent and the battery lasts all day, just as we always charged it in the car just in case, but the days that we did not do it from morning to night we had battery in 3 or 4 devices different. I RECOMMEND THEM !!!!read more

No tenía claro cómo debía hacer la devolución, así que envíe un correo electrónico al servicio de atención al cliente y me contestaron al momento. Durante toda nuestra estancia en Nueva York, tuvimos una buena conexión a internet en todo momento. La batería del aparato dura perfectamente todo el día. El módem funciona muy bien, sobre eso no tengo queja alguna, al contrario, me pareció excelente; sin embargo, la información sobre la entrega y la devolución no es clara. Al inicio no tenía un número de rastreo y menos de la compañía de paquetería, al menos para tener idea de cuándo llegaría, y cuano llamé me dijeron "en la semana llegará". Para la devolución, el correo dice, entre otras cosas, "pasarán por él en estos días", es decir que debo estar esperando a ver cuál de estos días deciden.read more

Tuvimos impecable conexión en uno de los lugares más recónditos del universo: la muralla china! Como ser USA, por Europa y en lugares extremos del norte de Escandinavia y Rusia.La verdad 24 horas a disposición. Ante cualquier duda responden los mail al instante.
